Jordan W. Birchall, Vice President

Jordan began his career in real estate in Australia working with a real estate development company before moving into commercial finance brokerage in 2004 with Australia’s largest commercial real estate financier: Balmain Commercial. During his time with Balmain Commercial Jordan was responsible for directly originating commercial mortgage transactions in northern Queensland state and enjoyed the challenges of working in this thriving and diverse real estate market. To further his career and in an ongoing mission to understand the finer points of American Football, Jordan made the move across the Pacific to San Francisco from his native Australia in June 2007 to work with Kearny Capital.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance Major, Financial Economics Extended Major) degree from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia and is currently studying towards his real estate broker’s license in California. Jordan lives in San Francisco and away from work enjoys exploring all the great activities that his adopted city has to offer.
